These relationships allow us to provide a fully endorsed service to our clients, who can be confident that we have the full support of the relevant vendor.
To remain Accredited most partnerships require the partner to continually update their training with regular auditing to ensure necessary attainment levels and service quality levels are being met.
Partnerships give direct access to the vendor’s Technical Support facility for assistance in resolving obscure technical problems. This relationship also permits us to feed back details of equipment performance from the field, and where appropriate to liaise with the vendor in resolving particular performance issues. We have several examples of instances where such liaison has resulted in improved equipment performance.
